Of Importance: At least to me

It is of great importance.. at least to me to document history and all it’s details (no matter how big or small). I’m currently documenting my existence in the 21st century, well at least the first 19 years of it.
Let’s start here, I believe that history only repeats itself because mankind uses the past as a reference to understand it’s own evolution. We carry some ideals from the past, experience them in the present and communicate them to future.
With that being said, whatever we do in the present moment will become someone else’s past but the same time someone else’s future. We have slowly turned into a synthetic society, driven by social validation and instant gratification. The combination of the two creates this incessant need for rewards, not matter what feels rewarding - as long as it has undergone the necessary validation process ‘my efforts should be rewarded as such - for every action’. This is a social order or system which comes from what is ‘my’ past (the 20th century) a time filled with traumatic experiences, but human beings being complacent as we are, accepted parts of that trauma and included it in what would now in ‘my’ time call ‘traditional’ or ‘way of life’ or the ‘norm’. Following suit would grant you some sort of reward - however with the integration of technology and dependency, one would be required to find a way to successfully merge with it (technology) and remain pacified - this would require you to go through the ‘social meditation of approval’ or social media.
It’s probably a common thing in your existence, the technology was not made to make your life easier but to become a part of you and then become you. In order for this to work it would have to limit you from ‘original thought’ but rely on it to think for you. Something we are all subjected to.
I believe it is important to remain self aware and seek enlightenment, not just to conquer the system but to conquer even within the system. Thus overwriting it.
For now, understand that society is being forced into self-implosion which will create a need for an ‘intervention’.
